My name is Jenn, but you probably already know that. I've been practising yoga for over nine years. Since the birth of my daughter I realised how yoga had grown to be a fundamental part of my life. With encouragement from one of my wonderful teachers, I signed up to a yoga teacher training course. In June 2016 I completed the ChillOut Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour course with Brenda Louw. Through my practice, I have learned so much about myself and each day brings something new.
My philosophy: Yoga is for every BODY.
